Esta exposici\u00f3n no es casual: la industria utiliza estrategias dise\u00f1adas para captar su atenci\u00f3n y moldear sus preferencias desde edades tempranas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El problema es que estos productos con exceso en az\u00facares, grasas saturadas, grasas trans y sodio est\u00e1n directamente asociados con el aumento del sobrepeso, la obesidad y enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas como diabetes y problemas cardiovasculares. La evidencia cient\u00edfica es clara:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La publicidad de PCBUs influye en los h\u00e1bitos alimentarios, modifica las <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">decisiones de consumo y afecta el desarrollo cognitivo y emocional de los menores.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Seg\u00fan UNICEF y la OMS:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">1 de cada 5 adolescentes en el mundo tiene sobrepeso.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">75% de j\u00f3venes entre 13 y 24 a\u00f1os han estado expuestos a publicidad de comida no saludable.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En Colombia, m\u00e1s del 89% de los productos publicitados para ni\u00f1os en televisi\u00f3n no son saludables.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as est\u00e1n creciendo en entornos alimentarios que los empujan a consumir productos nocivos, y no cuentan con las herramientas para identificar la intenci\u00f3n persuasiva de esa publicidad. Por eso, regular el marketing de PCBU, protege el derecho a la salud, la alimentaci\u00f3n adecuada y la intimidad de los menores.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 busca el proyecto de ley?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El Proyecto de Ley 194 de 2025 plantea una regulaci\u00f3n clara y necesaria: restringir la publicidad de PCBU dirigida a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, para proteger su salud, promover entornos alimentarios seguros y prevenir enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas desde etapas tempranas de la vida.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">No proh\u00edbe la venta de estos productos. Lo que hace es impedir que se utilicen t\u00e9cnicas de marketing que aprovechen la vulnerabilidad de los menores personajes animados, regalos, lenguaje infantil, algoritmos personalizados o uso de sus datos personales para publicidad digital.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En resumen, regular la publicidad de los PCBU no es solo un tema de mercado: es una <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><b><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">medida de salud p\u00fablica <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">, una apuesta por el futuro y una garant\u00eda de que ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes puedan crecer en ambientes que favorezcan su bienestar f\u00edsico, emocional y cognitivo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Aprenda sobre los m\u00e9todos de manipulaci\u00f3n que usa la industria y por qu\u00e9 debemos proteger a los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Personajes animados, influencers, juegos, concursos o regalos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Publicidad en horarios o plataformas con alta audiencia infantil.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Publicidad digital personalizada mediante datos de menores de edad.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regula la publicidad de ultraprocesados a la que est\u00e1n expuestos los ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes, evitando el uso de personajes animados o promesas de premios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4103,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-2280","politica-alimentacio","type-politica-alimentacio","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
